In the unlikely event that any of your pieces arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the pieces and we will offer a store credit or refund upon return and examination of the pieces.

As Oi ceramics is a small fresh faced business and one woman show, we are unable to accommodate change of mind returns at this point. We appreciate your understanding <3
